AKOM IP PA System is a network-based announcement system that uses your existing IP (Ethernet) network to send audio — like voice announcements, alerts, or background music — to speakers across a building, campus, factory, or facility. Instead of running traditional speaker wires everywhere, audio data travels digitally over the network just like computer data.

How It Works

• Sound sources (microphone, computer, VoIP phone) encode audio into digital packets.

• These packets travel through the IP network (LAN/WAN).

• Network-connected IP speakers receive the audio and play it back — often powered via the same cable (PoE – Power over Ethernet).
